Colorado Tech Weekly #322: Backbone, Techstars, Ibotta and Conga Have Good Numbers. Gaia and TTEC Services Have Bad Numbers.

Colorado Tech Weekly brings you the top 10 technology stories of the past week and the best upcoming local tech events every Monday morning!

We love using numbers to tell stories which is why funding announcements make for good news stories, but the numbers don’t tell the whole story. Funding announcements show that a company is trusted by investors. Square footage amounts show intended growth. Loss amounts show a company’s struggles. These are good first sentences of a story but not the whole story.

I’m not sure where I’m going with this especially since this blog is built on just sharing headlines which are way less than a first sentence in a story. I think I’m trying to encourage you to click the links and go read these stories!

Have a great week!
